Jhizzing @ MacDonald are you a top jock? With Euphonik (UKZN)

So this past Monday (March, 28), the MacDonald are you a top jock? Dj competition which is sponsored by your favourate fast food outlet, MacDonald and powered by Soul Candi institute of music and Pioneer Dj came to our campus (UKZN,PmB Campus). No question about it, we took the Jhizzing camera down outside the SU and caught up with the action.
On arriving on the scene, we were a bit amazed on the small crowd turnout considering that Euphonik has a lot of groupies, i mean fans *clears throat*, but in less than 30 minutes, students started coming in their masses. Whilst we had huge amounts of fun, we managed to get the action for you.

Dj Euphonik hosted the whole gig, and what a great host he was, definitely kept us entertained.

Groupie moment aside lol, the gig wasn't about Euphonik, it was about selecting a Dj to represent our campus. These were the contestants, from left to right: Dj Marcus, Dj D, Dj Mondy, Dj Sphe and Dj Wonder.

Each contestant had 2 minutes and 47 seconds to please the crowd in order to gain their votes, and when we say votes, we mean how much the crowd screamed for them to proceed to the next round and closer to the price which was Pioneer Dj headphones and a 3 month deejaying course with Soul Candi institute of music, and of course jetting off to JoBurg to compete with other finalists from other campuses.

First up was Dj Marcus. He got the crowd warmed up all right. That's all i'm saying.

Next up was Dj Wonder, he was also good, we were trying our best to maintain our cool but we just couldn't help getting down.

Next was Dj D, ok now we seriously couldn't help maintaining our cool, we found ourselves screaming "flyer than a G6" on top of our lungs, unfortunately he got disqualified because he had a pre-mix, but hey we enjoyed it.

Next up was Dj Mondy, now this guy had groupies before we could even say "GO", when he started playing, we understood why. For a moment we forgot that we were suppose to be working lol, talk about getting caught up in the moment.

Last but not least, we had Dj Sphe. Now the competition was very tight!!

After screaming our lungs out, as a way of voicing our votes as to who we thought was good, Dj Wonder (left) and Dj Mondy (right) came up as the favourites. They had to do their thing again and compete against each other before the ultimate winner was announced. Hmmm I wonder why Dj Wonder was giving us the evil eye? maybe it was the nerves getting the best of him.

Before we go on to say who the winner was, we just have to mention that the gig wouldn't have been fun without the crowd lol.

....and then there were some who were trying to compose themselves when the camera was on them hahaha.

Big ups to the promoters who helped with bringing in the crowd *We see you*

Another big ups to the promoters for giving us MacDonald freebies lol...some people were not afraid to show their true colours when freebies were handed out in-between #FreebieTendencies lol

We have to admit, some people make receiving freebies look sexy lol.

AND THE WINNER IS.....The Dj that ended coming up tops, was Dj Mondy. Well done man, we wish you all the best and please represent our campus well.

Jhizzing @ The SPRYTZ Premium lounge launch

It made sense for the Jhizzing camera to get a glimpse at the SPRYTZ Premium lounge launch which was held this past Saturday (March, 26) at SPRYTZ Premium lounge, considering that we reviewed the place just recently on the blog (see March, 18 post).

On arrival at SPRYTZ, it was clear that the launch had gotten underway, way before, shuuuuuu!! it was packed! What we also weren't prepared for was the type of crowd that was there. Being in our very early twenties, we felt like babies who had no business being there, lol I think thats why we stuck to drinking orange juice the whole night. On that note, even the music was old skool, although we did enjoy some tracks, but overall we managed to get the action on the Jhizzing camera.

Jhizzing@ "The Last Jol Of Summer Nights"

So what do PmBurgers get up to during a long weekend?? hehehe this past Friday,March 18 they decided to start off the long weekend by going SKYY high baby!! With "The last JOL of summer nights" which was bought by JOL,powered by SKYY vodka, and of course the jhizzing camera was there to get a glimpse of the action. Asazike,the theme was meant to be bright colours but some people clearly didn't get the memo *clears throat* ..otherwise most will agree that they had a JOL where our local DJ's kept us on the dance floor.
